Elevated Transport Services LLC is a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company that provides ambulatory, wheelchair, and NOW gurney transportation to individuals in the city of San Jose, CA area, Santa Clara county and beyond.

At Elevated Transport Services LLC, our goal is to ensure that our clients have access to the services they need, including dependable transportation. Our team of professionals works tirelessly to maintain a personal connection with each client, making sure to coordinate an entire package custom-made to your specific needs.

We are dedicated to getting you from your pick-up location to your destination safely, on time, and without hassles. An elevated service and experience are our standard and we aim to exceed our customers' expectations. 

Our driver training meets the highest standard required by law, so our company always puts safety first. Each driver is carefully selected and undergoes rigorous training to ensure that they are qualified to provide non-emergency medical transportation services.

At, Elevated Transport Services, each one of our drivers MUST:

• Pass all required federal, state, and local background checks
• Undergo a Department of Justice Background Check
• Undergo an FBI Background Check
• Undergo a National Sex Offenders Registry Screening
• Pass employment drug and alcohol screenings as allowed and required by law

Hours

We can transport you or your loved one during our regular business hours: Monday- Friday 6:00 AM- 6:00 PM and Saturday 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. *Business hours may vary. Holidays may be negotiable. Our office hours are Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:00 PM to 05:00 PM by appointment only. We may provide scheduled and unscheduled after-hour transport services, when available and for an additional fee.
